  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until browned.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together miso paste and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Pour the miso mixture into the pan with mushrooms, add soy sauce, and mix well.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
