  • 4 fillets of salmon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the salmon and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add lemon juice and capers, then pour in the heavy cream.
  7. Stir well and let simmer for a few minutes.
  8. Return the salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
