  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 8 ounces egg noodles

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions and garlic; cook until softened.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Slowly pour in the beef broth, stirring until thickened.
  6. Reduce heat, then stir in sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package directions.
