Creamy Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced dill pickles, and diced red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
