Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package tortellini (about 9 ounces)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken, onion, and garlic; cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and spinach; cook until spinach is wilted.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper before serving.
