  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil, onions, and garlic; sauté until soft.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in flour and paprika, cooking for another minute.
  5. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Stir in chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  7. Reduce heat and mix in sour cream, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  8. Crumble the turkey bacon and stir into the mixture before serving.
