  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
