  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
