  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter, add string beans, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then simmer until thickened.
  4. Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, you can omit turkey bacon and use vegetable broth.
