  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cranberries and sugar, set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, butter, baking powder, and salt until crumbly.
  4. Press half the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  5. Spread the cranberry mixture over the crust.
  6. Top with the remaining crumble mixture.
