  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the cubed chicken.
  3. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and paprika, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, then add the parmesan cheese.
  6. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Combine the pasta with the sauce and chicken, stirring to coat.
  8. Garnish with parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Notes
