- 2 pounds country potatoes
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 6 strips turkey bacon
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the country potatoes into wedges.
- Trim the green beans and set them aside.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- While potatoes are baking, cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble the bacon.
- Add chicken broth to the baking sheet with potatoes and add green beans. Stir gently to combine.
- Top with crumbled turkey bacon and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until green beans are tender.
