  • 2 pounds country potatoes
  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the country potatoes into wedges.
  3. Trim the green beans and set them aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning. Toss to coat.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. While potatoes are baking, cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble the bacon.
  7. Add chicken broth to the baking sheet with potatoes and add green beans. Stir gently to combine.
  8. Top with crumbled turkey bacon and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until green beans are tender.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
