  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften.
  3. Add the green beans, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Chop the cooked bacon and stir into the vegetables before serving.
