  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 1/4 cups sugar and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in sour cream and flour until smooth.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
