- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
