Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
