- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk, warmed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
