  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth; mix well.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Add broccoli to the skillet and pour sauce mixture over beef and broccoli.
  6. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens and broccoli is tender.
  7. Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.

Notes
