  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 fresh chili peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  4. In another bowl, mix garlic, chili, mozzarella, and oregano.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls, stuff each with the filling, and seal well.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
