- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1–2 fresh chili peppers, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour.
- In another bowl, mix garlic, chili, mozzarella, and oregano.
- Divide the dough into small balls, stuff each with the filling, and seal well.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
