  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet; sauté until translucent.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Stir in chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika; bring to a simmer.
  6. Return chicken and bacon to the skillet.
  7. Stir in sour cream and heat through.
  8. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  9. Serve chicken mixture over noodles.
