- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
- Add lemon juice, chicken broth, and capers to the skillet, scraping up any brown bits.

- Combine spaghetti with sauce and chicken, tossing to coat. Garnish with parsley before serving.
