- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 Italian bread rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, combine the chicken, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until heated through and cheese is melted.
