  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 Italian bread rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, combine the chicken, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until heated through and cheese is melted.
  3. Hollow out the bread rolls, leaving about 1/2 inch of bread around the edges.
  4. Melt butter and brush on the insides of the bread bowls.
  5. Fill each bread bowl with the chicken Alfredo mixture.
  6. Place bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the bread is crispy.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
