Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

A delicious blend of scalloped potatoes layered with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a creamy, cheesy dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  3. Spread half of the turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, and garlic over the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. In a bowl, mix the milk, cream, salt, and pepper, then pour over the layered dish.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor.
