- 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Spread half of the turkey bacon, chicken ham, onion, and garlic over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- In a bowl, mix the milk, cream, salt, and pepper, then pour over the layered dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
