  • 2 pounds brussel sprouts
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Trim and halve the brussel sprouts, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
