  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and spices until smooth.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Let cool before drizzling with caramel.
