Cajun Chicken Pasta

  • 8 ounces linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced chicken. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add bell peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté until softened.
