1 head green cabbage
1 pound turkey bacon
2 cups cooked rice
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and blanch the cabbage leaves for about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Layer half of the cabbage leaves in a baking dish, then add half of the rice mixture, half of the crumbled turkey bacon, and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey bacon with mushrooms.
