- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add melted butter, shredded cheese, garlic, and parsley to the flour mixture and stir until combined.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Roll into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
