Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add melted butter, shredded cheese, garlic, and parsley to the flour mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  5. Roll into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, brush rolls with garlic butter after baking.
  • These rolls are best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
