- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 10 leaves fresh sage
