- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns brown and has a nutty aroma.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the browned butter and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
