  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the melted coconut oil.
  3. Add in the honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir to combine.
