  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the zucchinis into fries and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another bowl, mix the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Dip each zucchini fry in the egg, then in the almond flour mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
  5. Place the coated fries on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to the coating.
