Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and sweetener.
  3. Add the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, then scoop into bowls and serve.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding cinnamon or chocolate chips to the batter.
