Baked Feta Pasta

This Baked Feta Pasta is the perfect comfort food for a cozy night in, blending rich flavors and a creamy texture.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (your choice)
  • 1 block (8 ounces) feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes until tomatoes are blistered and feta is soft.
  4. While baking, cook pasta according to package instructions.
  5. Drain pasta and add to the baking dish, mixing to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
