1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, egg, black pepper, and sesame oil. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place meatballs in the crockpot.
Pour additional soy sauce over the meatballs.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve with steamed rice and garnish with more green onions if desired.
