  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press mixture into the bottom of muffin cups.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Fold in diced apples, then pour the mixture over the crusts.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over the cheesecakes.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before serving.
