Instructions

  1. Slice the tempeh into desired shapes.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add tempeh to the bowl and coat evenly.
  4. Place tempeh in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
