  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked meat, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  3. Lay a wonton wrapper flat and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
  4. Fold the wrapper over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a little water.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Arrange the egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  8. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped spinach or mushrooms to the filling mixture.
  • These can be made ahead and frozen before cooking for a quick meal.
