Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, brown sugar, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: molasses, milk, and egg.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Pour the batter into a donut pan or a silicone mold and place it in the air fryer.
  6. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
