Instructions

  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough onto the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Let the cookies cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
