  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  4. Add the riced cauliflower and diced bell pepper, and cook until tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and cilantro.

Notes

  • For a milder dish, reduce the cayenne pepper.
